Dual monitor setup ..not able to set Laptop as Primary. External can only be set as Primary.

    Weird problem. Drivers are the latest. Vostro 1400 w/ nvidia graphics.

    I have a dual boot. Vista & XP. XP mutliple monitor works perfect.

    Vista, I am able to use multiple monitors (extended mode) ONLY if i set the External as the primary and laptop lcd as secondary (extended). This is not a problem on the XP boot.
