    Hi, I just wonder if all Dell Drivers fit, for example a Latitude with a inspiron.

    It all depends on the specific driver.

    If they share the same device, yes, you could get in driver' for one model with the other.. for example, recently they released the Alps touchpad driver for dell, which just worked as well with the xps m1530 and latitude... though its better to stick with driver' specific to your system most of the time and they work well...
