Hi, I purchased a refurbished Latitude from the Outlet and added on the 4 year pro support and 4 year complete care accidental damage warranty. Will changing out the thermal paste affect the warranty at all? Also, how is the thermal management of the E6430 with the Nvidia 5200m?

I spent a very large amount for the added warranty alone and want to make sure that the warranty will not be affected.

As long as any system issues can't be traced back to your paste job, your warranty will be fine.

I've had 2 systems replaced by complete care. Both of them had thermal paste replaced with AS5. In both cases, dell didn't care (didn't even check) that the thermal paste was replaced. They happily replaced the whole system with a newer model.
Complete care is a great insurance/warranty to have if you're not careful, or the system will be used in a location that will make it prone to physical damage.
