does anyone have an idea when the M4600 will be discontinued?

    It's still being sold by dell and 3rd parties. The reason I'm asking is because my company's internal shopping vender is still selling the M4600... and I'm up for a new laptop and I'd like to get the M4700... though I suspect they're not going to switch until the M4600 is completely discontinued.

    I'm pretty sure they'll stop making them when they run out of Sandy Bridge parts or Haswell comes out, whichever comes first.

    M4600's are still for sale in the US market, however it will depend how long Dell chooses to sell them. My guess right before M4800 comes out will they axe the M4600's and put them into Outlet.
