    UK does have an outlet but there is no way in heck that it's comparable to the States. Not sure about the coupons. You have to pay the 'I-get-screwed-royally-because-I-live in-Europe' tax :) However, the UK outlet does knock of some quids here and there. Definitely cheaper than retail or ordering new. I think you save something like 5-10% tops.

    (Yeah I know I didn't really answer your question but I thought I would dish some info out for those interested, sorry!)

    It is also worthwhile checking the stock at brokers such as itcsales who bulk buy from Dell Outlet. Their stock listings can be less vague.
