Do dell replace the battery's in refurbished latitudes on the outlet?

I am looking out for a 7390 i7-8650u 16gb to turn up on the outlet store,do dell usually replace the battery?The only thing that concerns me about the refurb to be honest is a low capacity from high usage battery since the 3 year warranty should still cover any other part problems

 

The standard Dell warranty applies for stock sold from the Outlet. This is normally one year for batteries. The challenge is to get agreement about what constitutes fair wear and what is a defective battery.

My refurb 7490 received last Friday has battery wear of 3.6% according to HWInfo64. Considering this machine was $600+ off of new, I'll take my chances I suppose.

 

Back when batteries were an easily removable/external component, Dell would usually warranty the battery for one year from the battery manufacture date, which could be a month or two older than the purchase date of the laptop. Always seemed a bit unreasonable.

Now that it's a non-external component I'd hope that's fixed to the sale date instead.
