Does anyone know why on my XT tablet my sleep mode is greyed out?

I tried everything... reinstalled nearly all the drivers... and some power management settings, yet the damn thing is still greyed out. I can't figure it out for the life of me.

    Help? -________________-

What version of Windows, and which drivers did you not install?

Try Fn+Esc and see if that puts it to sleep.

Vista. I reinstalled everything... audio, video, tablet, finger-reader, wireless, ethernet...

    I have no idea.

I'm trying a clean install right now (I did upgrade from xp to vista) to see if that helps.

Did you try the Fn+Esc keyboard shortcut?

    Clean reinstall enabled sleep.

Lesson: Don't upgrade from XP to vista!
