Despite the technology being seemingly discontinued, I recently purchased a Samsung Central Station monitor/dock, which utilizes UWB for a wireless connection using an included USB dongle. I know that my E6400 from a couple generations ago had a built-in UWB card, which I never used. Is it possible to purchase the Dell Wireless 400/410/420 mini PCIe cards and install them in my E6220 so that I could forego the use of the dongle? I know that the WWAN slot in my PC is unused, so hardware-wise it should work fine, but can anyone advise as to whether or not I could install the drivers or device software in 64-bit Windows 7?
