    Dear all :

    I have Dell Vostro 1400 , it works excellent & no problem at all except something really nagging !

    whenever I plug in my LAN cable or my external USB HDD , the cursor (controlled by touchpad) "sometimes" doesn't respond normally to me ! as if it hangs, I touch the pad , it moves either slowly or interrupted motion !

    I even thought it might be a hacker or a trojan , but I have my antivirus fully updated (Avast) & using (ZoneAlarm Firewall) ! & even their installation isn't related to the problem appearance.

    & when I unplug this cable or USB, the touchpad works perfect !!!

    *My touch pad is ALPS, Driver date: August 24th, 2007.

    This really bothers me ! I feel as if it's a hardware or drivers conflict !

    please let me know what's up.

    thanks;
    Shehab Anwer
