    I upgraded my Vostro 1400 BIOS to A09, so I want to know what are the upgrades I can do to my laptop now (processor ?)

    I believe Penryn procs will work T9xxx/T8xxx processors.

    but does the motherboard support their FSB ?

    Santa Rosa boards support up to 800mhz FSB's I believe.

    Some can reach 1066MHz FSBs, but is kind of pointless since the Santa Rosa board can only handle DDR2-800 ram, which means that extra 266mhz of FSB is essentially useless.
