Dell Precision M2800 Owner?s Review

Yup, that is the one I have been looking at. With VAT and delivery it's €1190. I am thinking about calling a Dell sales representative to lower the price further. Might as well give it a shot. I have no idea what discount I should be aiming for, may I be so bold as to ask for a €100 discount?

 

As an “M2800 Owners’ threat” has not even popped out in these forums, can we finally conclude M2800 was a major flop?

Interestingly enough, with M2800, Dell did react to demand of a budget workstation. They just didn’t notice they had not left any room in their offering—between Latitudes and budget setups of M4800.
