Our office uses the Dell Precision laptops and I recently upgraded from a 6700. My new machine has this annoying problem of double stroking the keys. here is an example:

"I type fast and people in the office telll me to not typpee so fast becauuse it's how I hit the key bbaord that creates the double strokess. I don't think I should changge how I typee just because the keybboard is so sensitiive. Itt's hard too even use passwords because I have to llook so darn cllosely to the keys to notice thhe strokes"

Delll sent ouut a new keybbaord that didnt woork.

windows allows you to adjust key press repeat delay. Maybe that just needs to be adjusted.
