Any thoughts on the Pro Support Plus for a College Student? I was planning on 5 year Pro Support but debating on getting the plus that adds in accidental damage. it adds around 5% to the cost. Added cost depends on the config.

My 7750 has been delayed to arrive in more than a month... I'm cancelling that order for the 7760. The pricing seems pretty fair, especially considering that it's at launch.

I have been waiting eagerly for the announcement and I'm glad that the time that @Dell-Mano_G said was actually the release time :)

This is gonna be quite the huge upgrade from my Dell XPS 15 7590, and I'm glad to return to mobile workstations after annoying thermal throttling and general quirks that resulted in instability with my XPS 15.

External GPU is by far the more cost effective option, although considering scalped prices, idk about that anymore....

I highly recommend it. On the few occasions where I've had technical issues the dedicated and quick response have been a lifesaver not to mention the times (yes, sad to say that's plural) coffee ended up draining through the keyboard, it's more than paid for itself.

Sort of a trade-off; an external GPU makes the workstation a lot less "mobile" ...

I meant for short workloads, but I guess it does turbo and get pretty hot early on so my previous statement was incorrect.

I am very disappointed about the touch display option of the 7560 without the antiglare...
Touchscreen is very handy when reviewing content with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
    Even more when traveling.
All the employees in the large company I am working for have laptops with touchscreen and pen.
However, I really fear to travel without an antiglare on the display.
Does anybody have experience on the dell precision displays without the antiglare?
Thanks anyone in advance for his feedback

I have an XPS 15 7590 with the shiny screen and although I don't like the glare sometimes, I have gotten used to it. The glare does get worse with off viewing angles, so for you, I prob wouldn't recommend it.

Thanks for the comment. After having been close to place my order, I am now undecided between going for a non-touch display with anti-glare or waiting for the next precision version / equivalent laptop from another brand.
I still cannot figure out why Dell is not closing the gap when it comes to offer an all-in-one solution which covers the majority of display requirements.
However, I believe they will have to take some measures soon because the touch screen is increasing of importance and popularity in many companies.

Yeah, I think the best GPU option would be the RTX A4000, and for now, there is probably little reason to need more unless your workload needs the tensor and ray tracing cores. Hopefully the A4000 should keep me away from an eGPU for years.

Edit: prices are also kinda reasonable for a Quadro GPU
