Dell outlet coupon code??

hi, i was wondering about the Dell Outlet Coupons....
I've been wanting to get an M6600 and the outlet prices are good but it would be awesome to get it for even less hehe gotta save some cash...
I been searching google and forum I couldn't get any of coupon for outlet.
but anyways my questions are .. How are they distributed?
and also what are the normal %off..
I sign up Dell Emails but never get any of those so..

Also can I apply coupon after online purchase?
or should I cancel the order and reorder it?
