When I first got my dell precision it had the 32 bit installed on it. but when i upgraded the ram I had to install the 64 bit. Which is cool, but one of the dell features on the 32 bit, had the settings for the backlit keyboard, and the visible volume rocker and I would really like to have these things back, but I cant seem to find them for the 64 bit from dell. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

I do not know what you mean by "visible volume rocker" but you can set the backlit keyboard settings in the BIOS I think, but is simpler to just use the Fn button with the button beath the Page Down button on the bottom right before the number pad.

I apologize for being so vague.. I forgot to include. It also had the different battery settings, like the profiles that aren't included with windows. like cool, ultra performance and etc. to control the fan speeds and battery consumption. It also included if u clicked the volume up or down buttons it would have a lil graphic that comes up showing the volume levels, and for the keybooard when you clicked the fn brightness, the different settings would come up on the screen.
