    To be honest I didn't attempt to overvolt it yet, ATI Tray tools is the best software for controlling the voltage. As I went to 0.799v, but didn't try up due to the max 1000Mhz memory speed. So there wasn't any need to overvolt it on ATI Tray Tool, Trixx is max 1.1v. Hope that answer your question....

    Apparently raising VDDC past 1.1v is not possible.

    For now I will stick to my current set up.
