I am not the most technologically savvy person on he planet by any means.

I recently bought a Dell M3800 laptop for school (engineering major). I love this thing to death but I only have one problem with it: every time I use it for a while, the touch screen quits working. I do not like the touchpad as much as I like the touchscreen so I would really appreciate some help. I can turn the computer off and back on again and it will work, but its only a temporary fix. I would like to know if there's a certain keystroke I am unknowingly hitting or a setting I need to change or if the computer has something wrong with it. Please help!

Are your drivers and BIOS up to date? Have you tried a System Restore to return to a point where this wasn't a problem?
