Dell Latitude E6540 Resolution problem

    Hi!
    I've got the model in subject with 2 GPUs... I've notice that, in some windows, the resolution's quality is poor.
    e.g. with skype or with devmgmt, I see the words as if it were connected with VGA cable, while the rest of display seems connected with DVI.
    the display is full hd.
    (in simple words the resolutions of some windows are different respect default resolution that set in the settings...)
    OS: windows 8.1 x64
    GPU1: INTEL HD4600
    GPU2: ATI 8790M
