Which WLAN and video card do you have? D610 shipped with Radeon X300 or GMA 900.

I don't know which of the two but what's strange here is the same drivers worked on my other 2 identical units so why not on this one? This suggests to me something wrong with the unit itself?

If you are talking about Windows 7, I put Windows 7 on my D610 last month. The Sigmatel audio used drivers for a different Dell model, and the Atheros wireless required finding files elsewhere on the internet. The ATI X300 drivers were also a hassle but found them somewhere for a Vista notebook which worked until Windows 7 wisened up and found some better ones on it's own. Otherwise the XP drivers worked just fine with XP, so are you talking about Windows 7?

So very sorry, I never got the auto notif from this site that you had replied to my thread. Yes, I am talking about XP with these 2 units, why did these same exact drivers work with my other 610's but not with these 2, any ideas please?

Probably because the third D610 has different hardware, as Tsunade hinted at?
