Dell Latitude D520 age?

    I just bought a used (obviously) Latitude D520. I would like to know how old it is. I scanned the review on the D520, but didn't get any idea how old it might be. It is still in very good condition. I believe it may be refurbished. If anyone can give me a clue, I would appreciate it. THX wister :confused:

    Look up the service tag on the Dell support site and see the original delivery date.

    Typically these are anywhere from 5 to 7 years old now.

    I concur that is a fairly old laptop and hopefull you didn't pay to much for it if you did you got taken. That laptop IMO shouldn't be in $100US range...any higher and that is too much you can put couple hundred more and you get a decent mid grade laptop that is more current.

    Yup. A good "backup" for basic office work nowadays. You can grab E6400 for $150 and E6410 for $200
