Dell E6430 ATG, E6420 ATG or HP Elite 8460 , Which one should i choose??

    hi every one
    i would like some help to choose a notebook
    i'v been offered three notebooks to choose one
    and i don't have much experience with these models

    Dell e6430 ATG
    i5 3320
    intel HD 4000
    4G ram 1600
    256 ssd samsung evo
    14" 1366x768 ANTI-GLAIR
    9 cell Battery
    intel Ultimate-N

    Dell e6420 ATG
    i5 2520
    intel HD 3000
    4G ram 1333
    256 ssd samsung evo
    14" 1366x768 ANTI-GLAIR
    9 cell Battery
    intel Ultimate-N

    HP Elite 8460
    i5 2540
    intel HD 3000
    4G ram 1333
    256 ssd samsung evo
    14" 1366x768 ANTI-GLAIR
    6 cell Battery
    intel Ultimate-N

    i will use it for pen-testing, programing, web surfing
    weight doesn't matter

    which one should i take??

    forget about what i will use it for , i want opinions about the devices

    In my humble opinion,without doubt,I'll take E6430 because of Ivy Bridge chipset,its newer and more powerful,also stays cooler under full load.
    Maybe others members can help you more.

    what do you think about Lenovo Thinkpad T430s??

    Check the reviews for display quality. I had a T420s and the display (1600 x 900 LP140WD2-TLB1) was the worst I've used for some years and was relatively dim at full brightness and very dim at minimum brightness. Initially I thought it OK but over time it was causing eyestrain. I also had a problem with some lighter patches appearing on the display which, I think, were caused by the lid being squeezed in the bag.
