    If you have the Nvidia GPU, it'll probably be throttled regardless with the 65W PSU. It just can't handle the power draw...
    I don't recommend using RMClock to override the throttle, because the computer could shut down (due to lack of power) if you really stress it - unless you have the battery inserted. Similar throttling is done on the new unibody Macbooks.

    I had that problem before. Stick with Bios A09, I think it is the most stable version :)
