    The fan is always on, even when doing basic surfing. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Fairly certain there was a good amount of discussion about this in one of the two E4200 threads floating around. Do a search. Don't think it's been resolved yet? It's probably caused Dell being overly cautious about temps and setting the fan to run at too low of temperatures.
