The Dell Support site for downloading specific service tag drivers has a flaw and there is no way to directly address it on their site except maybe their forums.

The driver for the Broadcom NetXtreme 5755 and variants has the Vista driver up instead of the required XP driver. To fix this go to Broadcoms Legacy driver webpage for this device:
