    ...because in original Vista x64 image is A07 version.
    on DELL web site for x64 is A06 and for 32-bit A07
    I need WAVE 3.0 Suite /w Document Manager

    It may be a 32-bit binary then. Maybe that is what was installed? If you check this in the Task Manager and it doesn't have a asterisk next to it, that might be the case.
