What do you mean by "submit order"? I added it to my cart, then tried to click "apply coupon," but nothing happened. I even went through the steps of filling out my name/address, but the total was still unaffected.

If nothing happened when you clicked apply coupon, then one of the following is probably true:
    1. The coupon is not valid for that model.
    2. Not applicable in your country.
    3. You are not using the small business ordering process (that coupon was for small business only).
    4. Has already been used (that coupon was one use only).

Normally, after hitting apply coupon the total would be updated on that page.

My comment on "submit order" was relating to the fact that the coupon remains alive and open for other people to use until the "submit order" button is pressed on the last page completing your order. I tried to use the coupon that started this thread and got it in my cart, but someone else used it before I hit submit and I lost out on that one.

I just check and this coupon was still valid, so it is probably one of the other problems.

When I try to use it I get a pop up window that says it has already been redeemed.

1M$RC3W$$LNBDV was still working for me, but the original one has indeed been used.

You beat me to it by just a minute or two.

I actually had it applied to my cart, but did not get my ordered completed before you. Bummed me out for a few minutes, but then I managed to get one off eBay. Even adding a couple of option, I still saved over $1600. What a deal. :D

    Now the waiting begins again....
