Crush Laptop

Hi,

I am using Dell Notebook Vostro 5468 Core i7 running windows 10 64 bit.

I very often meet problem as below: Please see the link

or sometimes it stuck, cannot move mouse or do anything. Unless I hold and press button power and reopen again.

Please kindly share the solution to solve this issue.

netwtw04.sys implies a possible problem with the network drivers. I would download latest network drivers, then uninstall your current network driver, then reboot and install the downloaded network driver.

 

Thank you for your reply. I already latest downloaded driver from dell website and installed but the problem still the same.

Any other solutions?
