    My M4700 seems to crash every time I open the Windows Photo Viewer giving me the COM Surrogate error.

    I have Windows 7 Pro

    What I have tried:

    com-surrogate-dll.jpeg

    I have

    K1000m graphics

    All your help is appreciated.

    Weirdly enough, Windows Photo Gallery opens without issues.
