CD Drive Problem in Dell Vostro1510

    I bought a Vostro1510 and installed Windows XP. Everytime I eject CD in slot CD drive, it ejects and gets hanged down for a couple of mins. After a couple of mins., the system restores. What may be the cause of this problem and any suggestions to rectify this?

    Do you have all your bios updated correctly?

    Also make sure the firmware for the cd drive is up to date.
