Can I get the student discount on top of the current $260 off on the latitude E6400?

I stupidly ordered my E6400 because of the sale and completely forgot about my student discount. Later, I looked at the price of the E6400 on the Member Purchase Program page and saw that there was only a $91 discount off a starting price of 1139. So now I am a little confused. Why is the member purchase program's E6400 more expensive than the general website? Does this mean that I can't get the student discount? Can someone offer me some guidance on what to do? Thanks.

I tried, but no. However, EPP can use their discounts to beat SMB's price still.

Dell Business's price drop is a promotion/instant savings which EPP cannot match.

What kind of specs are you looking for? Depending on what you want, EPP or SMB may have the better price.

    EPP Discount Summary
8% Off if the system is $800 or more, or 12% Off if the system is $1600 or more.
4% Off if you use the Dell Prefered Account and ask for the discount.
Plus the representatives can help you get a better deal, as they can provide additional discounts sometimes.

    Example
Take this system and configure it online...then look at my sale price. You'll see I was able to work my way to a better price with my rep.

This is what I just ordered...
I'll use the $100 towards the $129 docking station later. Which makes this even better for me :D.

Thanks a lot Greg. It turned out that with my configuration, the Dell promotion was cheaper. I guess it's good that I don't have to spend who knows how long on the phone.
