Can I buy this screen for Dell M4400?

I have a M4400 with WXGA LED screen. I always want to upgrade to WUXGA RGB LED when the price comes down. Recently I found a great deal. It is taken from HP laptop. And the HP part number TR217 is identical to Dell Part # TR217 and Samsung part # LTN154CT04. My question is if these screens are exchangeable for Dell and HP notebooks? (I know I need to buy additional Dell parts like ribbon cable and inverter etc.)
