I just recently acquired a Dell Vostro 3460 using the Dell 1901 wifi/bluetooth card. OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1, fresh install on an SSD.
I cannot get my Kensington Slimblade Bluetooth mouse/trackball to work. This previously worked with a Lenovo x61s/x200 flawlessly. I cannot get it to detect using the built-in Windows tool. I put the mouse into the detection mode, and then try to get Windows to detect but it gets nowhere. It never detects the device. Tried with an iphone 4s as well, no dice.
I've tried using the generic Windows driver as well as the Dell 1901 driver to no avail.
Any ideas? I do have an Intel 6235 card that I can try but I'd rather not have to since the wifi performance of this card is pretty good.

*Resolved* Had to run the actual install for the Dell 1901 card, not just point to the inf files like all other drivers.

That's because the software controls the interaction between windows and the BT keyboard and mouse.
