Since we have a thread on graphics overclock for the 6600 I figure I'd start one for CPU. Although I don't think it's possible on a laptop. Anyone had any luck boosting CPU performance on their 6600?

0 MHz. If there is a way I haven't come across it as of yet.

None even for the i7 xm. Bios locked.

Dell usually allows gpu oc on all models. Cpus are never allowed unless you have i7 xm on alienware.

it is only because dell wants to give you stability. They dont want any system failure due to OC. Though I think that with a little more massive heatsink for the cpu the temps will be great.
