    Is there a physical diff. between the 6 and 9 cell batts? (both dimensions and weight)

    Yup. 9 is both heaver AND sticks out the back of the laptop.

    Yup... Protrudes by about 2.2cm

    6-cell flushes with the laptop - 206mm x 19.8mm x 47mm @ 0.33kg

    9-cell - 208mm x 22.3mm x 68.98mm @ 0.51kg
