Not in an M2400, but in an E6500.

I got the WWAN part of the card working with the controlpoint software, the GPS part had drivers loaded, but even when enabled in controlpoint it never seemed to work.

What I did find was that Dell supply a Sony Ericsson Wireless Manager for 5530 cards, which is intended for use on the Inspiron Mini 910, but it works fine on the E6500 for me under XP (someone else reported OK in Vista too)

    The download is R198215.EXE

Did you enable the WWAN radio before trying to turn the GPS on?

You need this even if you don't have a 3G USIM card inserted.

Where did you get a 5530? I've had one on backorder for close to two months and I'm told it won't ship until the middle of December....

Ordered with E6500 at end of August (had to wait until Bluetooth 370 was available), delivered end of September.
