You'll need to use the graphics card's software to adjust it. Right-click on the desktop and you should see graphics properties there (or something from NVIDIA or ATI).

Okay, it gave me 3 options under the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel, with 3 radio boxes...

Basic Mode (what is currently checked)
    Advanced Mode
    Wizard Mode.

and then just an "ok" after choosing...

which should i change it to?

Basic should work. I don't remember the layout of the Intel GMA control panel, but if you adjust the gamma down to maybe 0.8, it should help.

hmmm, k, it didn't have the numbers for the gamma, but I put the gamma down pretty low, now all the whites are blue again, so maybe i'll take out more blue, which i had done yesterday and got rid of the blue colored white, so now maybe with the less gamma reducing the blue more should work? does that sound right? cuz i dont even know what gamma is. lol. I'll keep fiddling.
