adding thermal compound to Vostro 1310 GPU ThermalPad?

    well my video card temp is about 98C on load so i removed the heatsink to check it out theres just a thermalpad between the GPU and the Heatsink should i add thermal compound on bothsides of the thermal pad?

    The 1310 has a similar setup to the xps 1330. Check out the topics for the 1330 where they use a piece of copper.
