I'm looking at updating to latest NVIDIA NVS 5200 driver from Dell's website, and got to the stage in the installation where I pick the features to install (Custom installation), and read the 3D was not worth installing because my screen is not 3D capable. Also, is PhysX worth installing? At the moment I don't play any games, but may down the road.

Another question is regarding the Verde Control Panel. The one Dell installs is missing a couple features like enabling context menus for programs. Would installing the Verde drivers conflict with something on my E6530?

It really doesn't matter because you can just re-install the entire driver package with more features if you ever need them. I don't think PhysX is used in anything other than games.
