DDR2. And in terms of 3dMark06 scores, don't expect to break the 1400 mark. Maybe 1700 if you OC. Compare that to my Vostro 1500 with 8600M GT where I score in the 4100-4200 range (1280x1024 stock test).

The Vostro 1510 comes with DDR2 8400M GS. Keep in mind that the 8600M GT DDR2 is more powerful than DDR3 8400M GS. Just something to consider.

Why in the world would Dell offer a 256mb 8400m gs, but only make it DDR2?

My Vostro 1400 has 128mb 8400, but at least its DDR3!

Does the 256mb actually make a difference because of the 64bit? I would think it would need at least 128bit to utilize the full gpu memory.

im currently have a Vostro 1500, 1.4ghz 800mhz FSB, 3gb, 250gb hd and the 128mb 8400m gs. The maximun OC that support my video card is 660mhz Core, and 536mhz Memory and y can run Crysis in medium specs at 20-25 FPS
the 256mb 8400m gs of the vostro 1510 it will give me the same performance??
