I need help! I have a vostro 1510 and I need to restore my laptop to how I first got it. Ive read about pressing f8 and it taking you to the advanced boot screen and that you just press the down arrow keys to repair your computer...the only problem is that there is no repair your computer option on that screen. Please help I need to fix this before spring semester starts for college!!!

You may want to check if you have a D Drive.

Did you do a fresh install?

i know that i do have a d drive and im working on doing a fresh instal now. I downloaded the drivers off the dell website and right now im loading vista on my laptop. The drivers are in a .exe file and i was wondering if that is going to work when i load those to a cd and then load it onto my laptyop after my computer is done installing vista?

Yes right after you do a fresh install you use those executables and they will install your drivers.
