ok so randomly my windows vista laptop is running so so slow! idk why. this thing was always fast. i mainly use the websites facebook, craigslist and play the online game runescape. my laptop is just randomly one day slow. i am sitting here with only windows explorer open and using 100% cpu. i have 82 processes going and they seem technical so i didnt mess with them. i do not have any games downloaded to my computer. all i have downloaded really is aim 6. windows defender has detected nothing as well as avg free 9.0 (my anti-virus. my laaptop is a compaq presario cq60. here are the specs for it.

    processor: genuine intel(r) cpu 585 @ 2.16 ghz
    memory (ram): 2.00 gb
    system type: 32-bit operating system

Uninstall avg...then run the avg removal tool, then reboot.

see if the problem goes away.

Your using Google toolbar which is causing the problem, you should uninstall and run a scan if possible.
