    windows update 4 nvidia 8600m gt?

    Just viewed additional updates 4 windows and there is one 4 the 8600m gt.....its optional and 51mb...the details say its a software update released in october 2007...anyone knows what it is exactly or if its a plus to dload it?

    Really? My system don't seem like having any update specifically about 8600M GT before.

    This depends on your current driver version.
    If you had an old one, it sometimes suggests one from Windows Update.

    Of course it always better to get fresher one directly from NVidia.
