I'm trying to use Windows Media Player to sync my music with my Creative Zen Vision: M. I used WMP to sync in my old computer, so now i want to use the same program to do the same functions on my new computer. In Windows Media Player settings, when I go to sync options and try to select which playlists to sync, for some reason there are no sync playlists. i would like to add 'ALL MUSIC' to the list of playlists to sync. that way, it will... well, sync all my music. WHY is this "playlist" gone? and is there any way to get it back there? There's a very confusing way to create an auto-playlist, but i dont see any way to make one that will auto select all my music....

Here's a screenshot, if that helps.

Try asking at epizenter under the Zen Vision:M forum. I thought there was a way to set up auto syncing of all files when you connect the Zen. Mine's out for service so I can't check it right now.

I already did and haven't gotten a reply yet. I made a post here as well, in case maybe somebody on here has an answer.
I was gonna try to send Microsoft an email about it via their support.microsoft.com but i couldn't because for some reason it said my product key was invalid. i put the key in exactly as it shows in my system properties. my comp still passes the windows geniune whatever...
    I can't re-install wmp because 1. i can't uninstall it, and 2. there's no install file available.
