Hi - I've been trying to pin some programs and pages to the taskbar, but for some reason they are pinned to Windows Explorer - even if WE is not pinned to the task bar. Anyone know how I can pin just to the taskbar?

Also, In some videos and screenshots there are several icons in row near the top of the desktop - almost like a second taskbar. What are those, and how do you use it?

    thanks a bunch, guys
