    just made the switch from vista. i've googled this several times but cant seem to find exactly what i'm looking for. i basically just want the vista bar back. mine looks like this:

    i just want my buttons to the left confined to their own place, ideally with less space between them and the option of scaling left to decrease as many shown and to the right of it, my windows open. as you can see right now the two mix up with eachother.
