okay this is starting to get irritating. i have used this program to convert over a dozen movies. the last four movies i converted were the first four Leprechaun movies. the first and fourth are perfect but the other two are another story. the audio plays fine but the video is really choppy. its like one frame every two seconds. i have tried custom and preselected conversion settings only to get the same effect. whats going on here?

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but did you ever think of ditiching that program? There's tons of other video converting software you can use.
