Ok, so I've heard good and bad things about vLite. How many people use it and how do you exactly use it? What's it good for and how is your experiences with it?

Can I use it now, or are you supposed to use vLite when you clean install?
Can anyone show me how to use it?

You need to rip/copy the files off the Vista DVD to a folder on the hard disk, then when you open the app, you will see how it works. You point it to the folder, then you go through the steps to decide what to keep/remove from the installation. Before you are finished, it will remove the components and then you should build the ISO which will have the updated install with the components you selected removed and any driver packs you decided to include.

if i use orev's ABR to get my windows key, will i be able to apply that key to vlite and select auto activation so that i dont have to put it in when installing? Or is that key not going to work in that fashion?
