The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    using chrome...why is my default search freakin bing?!

    LOL obviously i have chrome but it keeps using bing as default search,

    how to remove this nonsense, i already disable internet explorerer, idk what else to do,
    cant find bing on programs to uninstall it

    Press the key button [​IMG] on the top right and choose Settings.
    Under Search choose Google (or other default search engine) from the drop down list.

    Or press Manage search engines and add a non default search engine.
