    I remember you can move the boot files in win xp to a usb to use the usb to lock down ur machines.

    is there a similar method for windows 7? or is there support softwares to achieve similar result (stop the system from booting altogether) . I looked into softwares like predator, but you can always go to safemode to get around it.

    Why not just put a BIOS boot password on the machine (prevent use of computer period) as well as a hard drive password (prevent use of the drive in other computers)?
