    tools freeze at vista startup

    I did a Vista clean install not long ago and noticed that everytime Vista finish loading i have to wait several minutes in order to be able to use the tool on the lower bar (battery and wifi agents), i can open them but cant change from one mode to another in case of the battery agent or connect to a wifi ... After a while i'm able to change them and all goes ok but it's annoying and i know for a fact i did not happen with the old Vista install so i may have something causing the problem...

    any help would be greatly appreciated :D
